Frightened Rabbit! At Courtyard Cafe?! And over Winter Break?? I don’t know if I’m more excited they’re coming to UC, confused why they’re not at Canopy, or stunned that no students will be on campus when they’re here. Maybe the date is just a placeholder. I saw that a couple weeks ago, and I figured it’s probably (and hopefully) just a placeholder, and that they’ll play once the students get back. After all, they’re apparently playing in Australia on December 31st.
Any word on what their live performances are like?

These guys are amazing live. I saw them many times when I was living in Edinburgh. But why the courtyard?!
We were supposed to open for Frightened Rabbit, but then they bailed to tour elsewhere a bit more.
Now we’re opening for The Hentchmen and The Fleshtones. Should be interesting… We sound nothing like those bands.
