Summer Camp Music Festival 2008

I missed the best weekend of the year — Summer Camp in Chillicothe, Ill. — and want to live vicariously through you guys this time. I’ve heard lots of good things, but the site was apparently evacuated around 2am early Monday morning due to poor weather, and the camp was reopened shortly after.

If you went, feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments section. Was the crowd for The New Pornographers’ crowd really small because of how it was scheduled in between moe. sets? Let us know all the info on the people, scene, tunes, dirt, drugs and ice cream of SC ’08!

    Also the New Pornographers did have quite a small crowd but that’s ok. They said they liked it better that way.
